Of course one could count<br>occurances and use the one that appears most often, but that would mean<br>one or more additional loops and still would allow errors when 10 houses give the wrong name<br>while only one highway element shows the right one.<br><br>Aother problem is that other obvious typos are not handled, e.g.<br>"Ilmer Weg" and "Ilmerweg".
