<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Hi all, <br><br>due to bad CanVec imports many (> 10000) streetnames in addr:street tags <br>have duplicated spaces, so that the name is not exactly like that<br>of the matching road.<br>Example:<br>"Rue Principale" instead of <br>"Rue Principale" appears 8470 times.<br>"Rue Notre-Dame Est" instead of <br>"Rue Notre-Dame Est" appears 614 times.<br><br>I am not sure why there is no bot to fix this, but I think it would be okay <br>to remove any duplicated blank from road names while processing them <br>with mkgmap?<br><br>Gerd<br><span class="overflow"></span> </div></body>
