You can keep track of progress and contribute by joining a mailing list.

Large attachment upload
Often you may need to send a large file such as a map to help debug a problem with it. If the file is too large for email, we have an upload facility where you can put the file and get a download link that can be sent to the list or the person requesting the file.
These files are kept for a short time and then removed.
