skip size check when --num-tiles is used or --max-nodes value >= 10.000.000 This allows to split a very large file into a few - still large - tiles. The size check makes sure that no tile is larger 85 degrees in latitude or 90 degrees in longitude, but there is no fixed upper limit in mkgmap
