always use int values for area combinations - rename AreaDictionaryShort to AreaDictionary - remove AreaDictionaryInt.java and the SparseLong2ShortMap sources pro: nearly no practical limits reg. number of areas contra: a bit slower Memory consumption is not yet fully optimized
