Correct (again) handling of split-file that contains overlapping tiles(areas) Older versions wrote some relations to the wrong file(s). Other visible changes: 1) Report to stderr that areas are overlapping 2) Report all intersecting areas to stdout 3) Partioning of areas for ProblemListProcessor was removed, this should result in fewer loops
