Build mkgmap/splitter #17

Cleanup code: 1) Try to better distinguish between Area and Writer 2) Remove dead code 3) Move o5m specific code from class Main to O5mMapWriter Expect some changes in the log (stderr and stdout) (Writer -> Area)
