- add new SparseLong2IntMap - use SparseLong2IntMap to store area(writer) combinations of ways - add static attribute to some inner classes Due to this change we write fewer combinations to the AreaDictionary which uses short values, so it is less likely that this reaches the max. number of different combinations (65535).
