  Improve handling of missing hgt files.
  The program will now write a message like this
  HGTReader: file N83W027.hgt not found but it should exist. Height values will be 0.
  when DEM should be calculated and the needed file should exist
  but was not found.
  
  The file resources/known-hgt.bin contains the information
  which hgt files should exist. It was compiled from resources/known-hgt.txt provided by Henning Scholland
  which is stored in examples/known-hgt.txt in the distribution zip file.
  
  For the experts:
  To use a different version of the file you can modify the sample
  and place it into hgt/known-hgt.txt
