  improve-overview: improve check if all shapes for a multipolygon have the same attributes
  
  This could be removed if we would process the multipolygon "as is" instead of passing all the fragments through the polygon rules. It is very likely that all fragments get the same attributes but a style might use style functions like is_in or length which can give different results for each fragment
