  improve rendering of contour lines based on simplify3.patch by Andrzej Popowski
  - use different order of filters for contour lines (DouglasPeuckerFilter before RoundCoordsFilter)
  - try to find best match when rounding to lower garmin coords
  
  Makes contour lines smoother and reduces places where different contour lines wrongly overlap or diverge
