[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] proof of concept code to generate fake POIS for named ways

Hi,

Here's a new version that removes the duplicate POIs when you have a road made
from multiple ways with the same name. It was a lot harder to write than I 
imagined it would be!

BTW - I have changed the tag to place=road_name_poi (not POI as before).
