[mkgmap-dev] Problems trying to generate contour lines for France

It looks like the .osm-file is malformed, or at least not in the  
format mkgmap expects: This is mkgmap trying to parse the latitude and  
longitude of a node as floating point numbers and failing. Perhaps  
they're in a different format or missing?
