[mkgmap-dev] Limits for a .img

Talking about memory requirements, what determines the amount of information that can be contained in a single tile? From some experiments with tile sizes I found that for routable maps the number of ways is a better estimate that the number of nodes. But I guess it will actually be a combination of both; does anyone has a formula for that? -Wolfgang
