[mkgmap-dev] Style rules are broken - trying to fix

Hi,

I have checked in a fix for this - I can now add multiple tags in a style rule.

I'm not sure I like the fix but, hopefully, the original author will pick
this thread up and make any adjustments/improvements necessary.

Sorry if this breaks anything, please report any problems and I will try
to fix ASAP.
