[mkgmap-dev] Preservation of order not working

Ok, when you say soon, you obviously mean it. :-)

I am happy to report success. With that option, both nodes and ways seem 
to be drawn in the correct order.

BTW: I did not find a snapshot, but was able to build mkgmap locally.
