[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] Garmin symbol 0x2e06 both gas station and shop?

When I experimented with mkgmap styles, I noticed that my Garmin Edge 705
displays the symbol 0x2e06 both in the "convenience store" ("Lähikauppa"
in Finnish) and "gas station" ("Huoltoasema") POI search menus.
Unfortunately, OSM doesn't (yet) distinguish between "fuel-only stations"
and "fuel+convenience", and thus we can't use the symbol 0x2e06 yet.

The attached patch documents this and enhances the POI mapping of the
default style.  Most importantly, it adds recycling facilities, doctors,
and some types of shops.
