[mkgmap-dev] img filenames from input-file

I'm not 100% sure, but couldn't that be achieved by the -c Myfile.txt 
argument?
As far as I know, the -c argument is exactly written for this purpose. 
In normal case the input file gets generated by the tool splitter.jar 
and contains the list of files.
