[mkgmap-dev] charset in MapSource

  Hello!

  I am generating maps in Russian charset, using --charset=cp1251. The
resulting map displays correctly in Garmin devices, but not in MapSource.

AFAIK, the CGPSMapper-generated maps display Russian characters in MapSource
correctly. May be there is some special bit in the map (or preview file?)
that needs to be set to tell MapSource that charset isn't a default one?
