[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r1090: Add link-pois-to-ways option.

Add link-pois-to-ways option.

When this options is enabled, if a node has tags it will be
represented by a CoordPOI rather than the normal Coord.

Also, ways will be flagged as having POIs by adding a
mkgmap:way-has-pois tag.
