As you say, it's not quite perfect - I haven't looked in enough detail to find the flooded islands, but I have seen that at lower zoom levels, there are artefacts of "land" in grid-patterns in the sea, presumably on the interfaces of your sea polygons. Nothing to get worked up about, though. I'll be converting the map for use in Road Trip, which should allow me to grab screen shots, though I suppose you can probably see everything I can.
