[mkgmap-dev] Routing with the default style

The tags "vehicle" and "motorvehicle" are not recognised so you will
need to add style rules to convert them to one of the access tags that
are recognised which are:

access (applies to everything)
bicycle
foot
hgv
motorcar
motorcycle (same as motorcar)
psv
taxi
emergency
delivery
goods (same as delivery)
