[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH v5] - min arc length fixes

Hi Mark, I spent some time testing short arcs and managed to find some routing problems where mapsource will route in one direction but not in the reverse direction. This looks like a mapsource bug to me, so I am curious if it is seen with all versions of mapsource, or even if others can reproduce it. I tested with version 6.13.7 of mapsource, and builds 1143, 1155 and 1155 with the v5 patch of mkgmap. The test map is tiny, so you may have trouble finding it unless you use the gdb file. Its someplace over Malaysia (N1 19.785 E103 28.403). Note that the coordinates were very carefully chosen to select the maximum length arc that demonstrated this problem. The length of the short-arc shown in gpsmapedit is 5.4 m.
