[mkgmap-dev] does lane assist work with mkgmap maps

I have a brand new Nuvi 255 and it doesn't have "lane assist" but it
does tell you to "keep left/right" or "exit left/right" as appropriate.

I suspect that  the lane assist feature is not available on the cheaper
Nuvis.
