[mkgmap-dev] mkgmap, sendmap and family-name oddities

That is interesting.  The only place that 'Area ...' occurs is in
the MPS file in the gmapsupp.img.
Its controlled by the --area-name flag, but that is the only place
that it is used.  At some point I will attempt to match up
the usage of description, series-name, family-name and area-name
with the different names used in Polish format files.

Has anyone done this already and have opinions on what should be
done?
