[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r1355: Added report-undefined-nodes option to do just that.

Added report-undefined-nodes option to do just that.

Missing nodes can break routing so this is a useful check if you are
having problems.

Requires WARNING logging level for the Osm5XmlHandler class.
