So you can create several lines from one way based on different keys. So instead of having: highway=way & brides=yes [0x123} - - - with 0x123 specifying several types you could use use bridge=yes [0x10a00 resolution 22 continue] highway=way [0x01 road_class=0 road_speed=1 resolution 20] This has the advantage of not needing to use bridge=yes for any combination in which it could be used. Note, currently ways using continue should not be routable - otherwise you it gets really complicated.
