Style (try to replace against default to see if it still crashes Mapsource), otherwise cut it down to find the problematic line, upload the *.img it crashes on (watch out if there are several displayed) somewhere, and try with different overview map created by say mkgmap once, gmaptool for backcheck, and commandline you're using to render the maps. The Mapsource error output is usually useless to identify a problem (except if it is always happening for the same reason and known).
