[mkgmap-dev] Multiple .img files in one gmapsupp.img: Some will not show up

To put it in a nutshell: Some tiles of some countries do not show up on the 
gmapsupp.img even though source .img files had different Family ID and 
different filenames. And some tiles are missing a correct description (, , 
Jan 2010) in the map list on the Garmin device.
