[mkgmap-dev] Multiple .img files in one gmapsupp.img: Some will not show up

That is because my script gave the tiles this ID. As I wrote in my last 
mail I changed it to use the same number for every country, counting 
through (see second gmt -i output). This did not help either, unfortunately.
