[mkgmap-dev] Add amenity=bar [0x2d02 resolution 21] to points style file

I noticed that JOSM now has amenity=bar in the presets list. Also OSMdoc indicates that there are 2096 nodes with this tag.

Would it make sense to add the following to the points style file:

amenity=bar [0x2d02 resolution 21]

(This is the same POI used by Pub and Nightclub.)
