[mkgmap-dev] R: [PATCH v1] - fix Table C size bug + allow Table B to contain up to 255 entries

Hi Mark,

I've tested the patch on today's geofabrick extract of Italy. It seems to work! Great. I've tested the produced img on mapsource and nuvi255 and both works fine.

Let me thank you for your work on this "ancient" bug. Rome thanks you too...
