[mkgmap-dev] Index in gmapsupp

It does save the index file in the gmapsupp.
I also had some problems making it working.
I found the answer somewhere on the internet.
what I do now is to run mkgmap twice.
In the first run it generates the routable maps.
In the second run it combines them in a gmapsupp and builds the index.
This way I can search for an address and let my garmin route me to it.
