[mkgmap-dev] Switch off labels/show at a high resolution?

Hi!

Here are many shops mapped as areas. 
http://www.deltadelta.de/nmz/sc_labels.png
Now they show up at low resolutions and in a huge font size.Can I make 
them show up at a later resolution?
