[mkgmap-dev] Address search and "State"-question on Garmin Oregons

As far as I'm aware, mkgmap doesn't yet process address data, so for the 
time being, you can't search by address on maps created with mkgmap.  My 
usual workaround is to locate the address on another map to determine 
it's coordinates, then navigate by coordinates.
