[mkgmap-dev] Known issues wiki page

Hello list,

I have taken the liberty of updating the known issues section of  
mkgmap's wiki page  
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mkgmap#Known_issues)

I make no claim to authority here, so if I've made a mistake or  
mis-stated something please shout (or better, edit!).

Whilst I would love to be able to contribute code to fix these  
problems, I'm not a java programmer (barely a programmer at all, to be  
honest).  So at best, I can help by outlining the problems as clearly  
as I can.
