[mkgmap-dev] Adaptable paths for input and output files

Hi there,

if I don't err there has been a patch for the splitter first, to
add an --output-dir option.

Next was a patch for mkgmap to search for osm.gz files local to
the directory of where template.args resides, instead of the
applications CWD. I remember you changed it slightly.

There was a small one replacing .indexOf() with .lastIndexOf()
somewhere.

Now the --output-dir for mkgmap would be the last one. This is
the only on that hasn't been integrated by now (to my
knowledge).
