[mkgmap-dev] Different routing results using osm vs osm.pbf

Well mkgmap can now read .pbf, but it doesn't do any splitting, so if 
the file is large enough you still need to split it. Splitter will have 
to produce .pbf output (which it doesn't yet?) for the mkgmap support to 
be particularly useful.
