Hi WanMil,

I just noted, the multipolygon mode does not work. The floodblocker does 
not seem to show any effect. Do you need a testfile for this? (I had a 2 
tiles in Germany flooded, even though using values that should have 
blocked the sea easily, hence I thought let's try out what it gives 
taking "polygons" out of the commandline, and bang, the flooding 
disappeared!
