[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r1827: Distinguish cycleways from footways.

Distinguish cycleways from footways.
Use 0x07 "alley" (same as highway=service) for cycleways.
Use 0x16 "trail" for footways and highway=pedestrian.
Do not add bicycle=yes to highway=path.
