[mkgmap-dev] typviewer editor

Just found out that this fine typ editor finally has been translated into English, it can be downloaded at http://opheliat.free.fr/michel40/TYPViewer3.5
They also improved the installation (previous versions of setup.exe didn't work on my windows vista pc).
