[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r1885: Add srt file to the gmapsupp.img file.

Add srt file to the gmapsupp.img file.

Needed now that individual tiles use a srt file for all sorting
within their sections. We should probably read the required
srt file from the tiles, but not entirely clear how that should be
done yet.
