I have another patch. It may not fix your problem (although it does,
at least, fix a different problem - one however that I don't believe
has ever been reported).

The patch prints out a lot of information to stdout, could you please
send me the output if the patch doesn't work. This patch is instead of
the previous one and includes its effect.
