[mkgmap-dev] Error on MapSource with r1919

The puzzle is why no one else sees this (or do they?!).

What version of MapSource are you using?

Currently the header information is written before the size is known, so 
I might have to make a temporary fix, that allows the gmapsupp and 
similar files to be larger while reducing the max size of tiles.
