[mkgmap-dev] some suggestions to the default style

highway=bridleway 0x07 (service roads, cycleways) -> 0x16 (path) or 0x0a (track)

Please change it back to path, 0x07 type of roads are more or less paved and bridleways are usually sandy tracks

highway=construction 0x16 (footways) -> 0x0a (track)
