[mkgmap-dev] Preventing Routing Node Creation

There are no routing nodes by default in the style language.

If you want them you have to add road_class and speed:

eg:

   highway=secondary [0xXX road_class=2 road_speed=3]

This will cause mkgmap to add the routing nodes to the map.  It may
not completely stop mapsource or a device using it particularly if
there is no other way, although on a quick test it did and only
straight line routes were drawn to the road.
