[mkgmap-dev] Map installation problem from r1971 onward

Hi Wanmil,

Thanks for checking that out.  I have had more time to check into it and I can see that streets in places like "Leixlip" (which has an admin_level=10 boundary relation) searches properly on both Basecamp and on the gps unit itself.
