[mkgmap-dev] includes for style file?

I remember that I wanted to do that on the locator branch but I found a reason not to do that. Now I don't remember that reason so I cannot be so important :-) We could introduce one style file that is included at the beginning of each style file (point, lines, polygons). This file can be used to store the locator branch rules. WanMil
