Fix the order of the resolution arguments.

Instead of
 resolution 20-22
as intended you had to say:
 resolution 22-20

 This fixes that problem. In addtion I swap the numbers they are the wrong way round so that styles
 that rely on the bug are not broken.

 Patch from Jul 21st (with the addition of the backward compatibility swapping).
