[mkgmap-dev] Partially not findable street

Hi Steve,

thank you very much for this patch. Now I can find the Engelbertusstraße (and some more). I know, it's just a small step, but I think now are more streets findable. I'm making a map of whole germany and test it for a while. Afterwards I will give you a feedback. But please give me 1-2 days for this.
